First Reinfection

Researchers in Hong Kong are reporting the first confirmed case of reinfection with the coronavirus, as the NYT reports.

New Cases Fall

The number of new coronavirus infections in the U.S. declined from a day before, reaching the lowest level in more than two months and notching a ninth straight day with fewer than 50,000 new cases, as the WSJ reports.

IAEA Seeks Access to Iranian Nuclear Site

The U.N. nuclear watchdog’s chief Rafael Grossi arrived in Iran on Monday, Iranian state TV reported, as he seeks access for inspectors to two suspected former atomic sites after a months-long standoff between Tehran and the body, as Reuters reports.
