The breakdown is happening everywhere at once — in the old stories we've told about ourselves and don't believe anymore, in relationships we've outgrown, in systems that are falling apart in real time. We feel it in our bodies, our grief, our rage...but also in our hope and our yearning for something better.

Collapse isn't the end. It's a beginning. Something is always growing out of what falls apart. Every old world that's ever ended has made room for something more just, more alive, more whole.

SOL is a transformative incubator for creators, change-makers, and visionaries ready to root their work in clarity, embodiment, and intentional design. This month-long virtual intensive combines personal coaching, somatic movement, morning pages (inspired by The Artist's Way), and intuitive design tools, supporting creative work from first spark through integration.

SOL is a brave space for artists who want to make good trouble, tell the whole story, and create work that refuses to comply. It's rooted in courage, truth, and imagination. Here's what it includes:

• Weekly 1:1 coaching with Kerri

• Movement practice & processing (July 14th and July 29th)
