Neighbors,
Have you ever wondered what life would be like without the U.S. Postal Service? Me neither, because it's been a constant in our lives since our nation's birth.
The USPS is not just a building with blue boxes out front - it's a service -- and working families depend on it for more than just voting.
Veterans use the USPS to get prescriptions from the VA. Grandparents use the USPS to get their Social Security checks. And Americans use the USPS to apply for and process their passport.
We cannot stand by and allow the current administration to defund the postal service. Help our team support the next blue wave and ensure that we are able to protect our democracy.

Not only does the USPS employ 600,000 workers - of which 100,000 are veterans - but it helps create affordable ways of communication. Especially now, during this pandemic when we can't see others in person, we need to have the ability to rely on those services that connect us.
At this rate, some estimates indicate the USPS will run out of funding by September. That means we need to tell Mitch McConnell and Donald Trump to stop playing politics with the lives of so many people and provide the necessary actions to preserve the U.S. Postal Service.
To have a fair and democratic election this November, we need to make sure that every American has the opportunity to vote. Trump's attacks on the postal service puts the possibility of a fair election in jeopardy. He is questioning the legitimacy of the postal service which means more people will vote at the polls - which comes with the likelihood of spreading the virus.
Will you help us fight the Trump administration's fight attack on the U.S. Postal Service? It's going to take all of us to protect this vital service →

Together we're going to protect what keeps us connected. Thank you for your help!
Gratefully,
Lori
