Just A major win. A Federal Court in Washington state just blocked Betsy Devos's plan to distribute CARES Act funding in a way that harms public schools and low-income students.

The court's ruling protects the most vulnerable students in Washington state and across America from Betsy Devos's illegal plan.

The judge described the Trump Administration's argument as "remarkably callous" and "blind to the realities of the extraordinary pandemic and the very purpose of the CARES Act: to provide emergency relief where it is most needed."

This is the 31st time I defeated the Trump Administration in court. My legal team and I will continue protecting Washingtonians from the Trump Administration's unlawful conduct.

#BREAKING: A federal judge blocked President Trump and Betsy DeVos's unlawful attempt to hurt Washington public schools.

To celebrate our 31st win against the Trump Administration, we're asking 1,500 of our top supporters to chip in $31 (or any amount!) today to support my re-election campaign.

My self-described "conservative Republican" opponent was recently in the news with another attack. He believes that "you should never be suing a sitting president..."

This is where my opponent and I completely disagree. The law is the law and no one -- not even the president -- is above it.

Can you chip in to my re-election fund and help my campaign withstand attacks from my opponent? We must stop him from undermining my record of protecting Washingtonians.

The next few months will be challenging. I'm counting on your support.
