Hey, this is Former Capitol Police Officer Harry Dunn, and I’m running for Congress in Maryland’s 5th District.

On January 6, 2021, I was submerged for hours in something I struggle to describe: sweat, screams, blood, broken bones, hatred, fear, and racism directed at my fellow officers and me.

These wounds are still healing.
