President Donald Trump keeps spreading misinformation about the upcoming presidential election.

Since the beginning of the COVID-19 crisis this spring, President Trump has constantly attacked mail-in voting -- falsely claiming that it would lead to massive voting fraud.

Now, Trump is suggesting he will delay the November election.

There's only one problem with that: he has no authority to do so. According to the Constitution, only Congress, not the president, has the authority to change Election Day.

Between threatening to move the election, meddling with the U.S. Postal Service, and attempting to sue states who implement universal mail-in voting, it's clear Donald Trump is trying to undermine American democracy and steal the 2020 election.

Donald Trump knows that to win in November, he must suppress the vote. He's willing to do anything -- even destroy the Constitution -- to stop Democratic voters from casting their ballots.
