In the short time since we emailed yesterday, the Republicans announced that their convention this week will have no party platform. Instead, "the Republican Party has and will continue to enthusiastically support the President's America-first agenda."

That's it. No commitment to healthcare or jobs. No vision to make Americans' lives better. Just blind loyalty to a racist and corrupt President who's trying to undermine our democratic institutions.

Republicans up and down the ballot -- including Jennifer's opponent here in VA-10 -- have clearly defined themselves now as nothing but a pro-Trump movement. Voters deserve so much better.

Last week, a Trump campaign operative joined Virginia Republicans -- including Jennifer's opponent -- for a "Take Back the House" event. It's yet another reminder that a vote for Jennifer's opponent is a vote for the Trump agenda.

And in a week where Trump continued his dangerous attacks on mail-in voting and refused to distance himself from extreme QAnon conspiracy theories, it's more clear than ever that the Trump agenda has no place in VA-10.
