Recently, I confronted RFK Jr. about President Trump’s capacity to serve as our Commander in Chief after his latest displays of unhinged behavior.
In a House Committee meeting, I pressed Sec. Kennedy with questions about Trump’s Truth Social tirades, rising national concern about Trump’s delusional behavior, and most pressingly: If he would vote to invoke the 25th Amendment against Trump.
In response? Kennedy refused to give me a straight answer.
Remember, John:Our leaders have a constitutional obligation to remove a President who is unable to carry out the duties of the office. That’s why I’m demanding that Trump’s Cabinet invoke the 25th Amendment and remove him from office.
Mark Takano represents the good people of California's Inland Empire in Congress, fighting for the region's priorities. He's been a voice for veterans, seniors, students, local businesses and hardworking families. But now, Republicans have captured a slim House Majority. The leadership of Democrats like Mark will be critical to holding Republicans accountable and ensuring the healing of our country during this challenging time.
