* CO GOP CHAIR STEINER DROPS THE BALL. ALL PARTY MONEY FROZEN IN PREPARATION FOR GARNISHMENT BY FORMER CHAIR’S ATTORNEY. While newly elected Chair Craig Steiner was busy stacking his committees with anti-opt out RINOs, the personal attorney for former Chair Horn swooped in and moved to garnish all the money in Party bank accounts. Steiner knew that attorney Klenda and Horn had fraudulently convinced a Judge to issue an judgement that the Party owed Klenda $230,000 plus 18% interest. When then acting Chair Eric Grossman discovered the betrayal he moved quickly to work with lawyers and implement a legal strategy to convince to Judge to overturn the order. But when Steiner took over he apparently did nothing and sure enough Klenda last week made his move and now the bank has frozen the $31,000 the Party had in its accounts in anticipation of handing it over to Klenda. To make things worse Steiner’s RINO packed Executive Committee voted to abandon the legal strategy and it’s not clear
what their new plan - if there is one - is. Steiner acknowledges that right now the Party cannot operate, cannot raise any money without it going to Klenda and is effectively DOA for the 2026 election. The fate of the CO GOP is in the hands of a Democrat appointed Judge. And Steiner’s apparent lack of urgency is as baffling as it is concerning. Click on the RINO Watch Report link above for more.
* OPT OUT IS A GO! The CO GOP has voted repeatedly to opt out of the disastrous open primary. And under then acting Chair Eric Grossman the Party finally did what members have been telling it to do. As a result of a court approved settlement the Party notified the SoS we are opting out of the open primary in 2028. RINO heads are exploding and our UniParty Congressional Reps are freaking out and legal challenges are sure to follow. But we will continue to fight and as Grossman wrote in his explanation, “The future of this Party will not be determined by a handful of insiders lobbying against the will of the body. It will be determined by the members who are willing to stand up and shape it.” Click on the RINO Watch Report link above to read Grossman’s letter.
* ESTABLISHMENT HIT LIST EXPOSED! Leaked emails from former Chair Horn’s tenure reveal she had a hit list of grassroots warriors she wanted to be kept under surveillance - or denied entrance - at her disastrous March State Assembly. The hit list included former Chair Dave Williams and his officers as well as those who dared question Horn. Nothing says unity like a hit list.
