If you live outside of Chicago, you already know the truth: J.B. Pritzker and his radical supermajority in Springfield treat rural and downstate Illinois like we are a colony, not a community.

They break things in Chicago, and then they expect hard-working rural families, farmers, and small-town taxpayers to foot the bill and absorb the chaos.

Case in point: while Democrats want you to think they are working for all of Illinois, look at the radical, anti-rural overreach they just rammed through:

• Stripping Local Land Rights: They are advancing aggressive mandates to override local county boards, allowing the state to seize control of local zoning laws. They want to force massive, multi-acre Green New Deal facilities onto prime agricultural ground—completely bypassing the families who have farmed this land for generations.

• Dumping the Sanctuary Crisis Downstate: Chicago declared itself a sanctuary city, ran out of space and money, and now the state is looking to push migrant housing and resources out into our quiet, suburban, and rural downstate communities. They want our local tax dollars to pay for a crisis they created.

• Defunding Our Way of Life: While they pour billions into propping up failing Chicago systems, they are actively ignoring the infrastructure downstate—leaving our rural roads, bridges, and local schools fighting for scraps.

This is a direct assault on our way of life. 

We need to fight back with a massive surge of grassroots defiance by midnight tonight:

Our farms, our land, and our communities belong to us, not J.B. Pritzker. Show Springfield that the backbone of Illinois is awake, united, and ready to fight back!
