John,

Teachers unions and radical Left-run school districts are trying to use the pandemic to BLOCK disadvantaged children from getting education funding.

In just hours, we’re filing a MAJOR amicus brief on behalf of U.S. Senators and Representatives to fight back in court.

The Governor of South Carolina is using EMERGENCY pandemic funds – which we helped secure and stopped House Speaker Pelosi from spending on her radical wish list – to provide, essentially, vouchers to students during the Coronavirus crisis.

An angry teachers union and a radical Left-run school district filed a lawsuit to try and block those funds from going to private and religious schools.

At the ACLJ, we helped win these exact kinds of cases at the U.S. Supreme Court, allowing vouchers to go to Christian schools. And over the last few weeks, we’ve assisted numerous families and children with special needs with pandemic-related school issues nationwide.

Now, in just hours, we’re filing a critical amicus brief at the Supreme Court of South Carolina on behalf of U.S. Senators and Congressmen to put students first and defeat the radical Left’s weaponizing COVID-19 for their extreme anti-student agenda.

But we face a MAJOR CHALLENGE. We’re battling radical Left special interests’ monstrous resources. We need YOU to help us defend students. But our Matching Challenge Deadline is in just ONE WEEK. As we file in court, have your gift DOUBLED today.
