Dear John ,

I'm Tedra's Campaign Manager and I'm reaching out about an important election update. Just this week, New York state officially expanded absentee voting for the November election.

Now, any voter in New York can request an absentee ballot due to risk of illness, including COVID-19. Everyone will be able to cast their vote from the safety of their own home, without risking long lines or crowds at the polls.

I don't have to tell you just how important this election is. In such uncertain times, it's crucial that we each do our part to ensure that our vote is counted.

Despite efforts to undermine the USPS, absentee voting remains safe, secure, and easy. But the mail takes time and the days are ticking by. This isn't something you can put off.

Request your absentee ballot here [[link removed]] TODAY and make sure your friends and family do too!

But in an election like this, it's not enough to just vote. We have to do everything we can to make sure that others know about Tedra and know how to safely vote.

We'll be telling voters about absentee voting all week long. Can you join us for 2 phonebanking shifts next week so we can reach every voter on our lists? Sign up here [[link removed]] or by replying to this email.

Thank you!
