NC Dem Governor Roy Cooper vetoes 2 bills to help his illegals

ALIPAC knows Cooper is doing this to protect his illegal alien and felon voters! Roy Cooper is even holding up Trump's Executive Order unemployment disaster relief funds to prevent the aid from reaching families in need.
