Polling shows that I’m the best candidate to defeat Gabe Evans in November, but we’ve got to make it past the June 30th primary first.

But the reality is that to get to this point, we’ve had to spend our budget down to get my Colorado-first message in front of the folks we need to win.

It was a calculated risk, and one we needed to take. But it also means we have to revisit our original budgets and make adjustments.

Hitting our $35,000 goal before the primary would mean we don’t have to scale back our outreach, on the ground or online. But if we come up short, we’ll have some tough decisions to make.
