Last week, the Postal Service announced that it will no longer deliver mail ballots for states that don't hand over voter lists.

Right now, every blue state in the nation is declining to share its voter list with the White House because sharing it would give MAGA the names and addresses of every Democratic voter.

In the short term, it helps MAGA rig elections by knowing exactly whose ballots to challenge and throw out. But the long term is far more disturbing. It will give the administration and aligned far-right paramilitary groups the ability to know where every Democrat lives.

No governor in their right mind would go along with handing over that data, so what this amounts to is simple: blue state voters no longer have the right to vote by mail.

Legal challenges to this rule are coming. In the near term, liberal blue state supreme courts may be able to get it stopped in individual states, but ultimately, this new policy will land right where MAGA wants it: The U.S. Supreme Court.

We have all seen how this Court rules. They overturned Roe. They gutted the Voting Rights Act. They handed Trump criminal immunity. This court has been fully exposed as a puppet of Trump and MAGA extremists, willing to torch a half-century of precedent to tilt elections their way.

So ask yourself: do you trust this Supreme Court to stop Trump from banning voting by mail, or from weaponizing voter data against Democrats? Neither do we.

Second, building the movement to reclaim a Court that has made itself an arm of the Trump administration.
