Federal workers are public servants, paid for by our tax dollars.

But the Trump administration is considering a reckless move that would change that, and make every federal employee loyal to him, not the people.

Right now, the Office of Personnel Management is accepting official comments on a policy to force every federal employee to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement. Can you add your voice to our official comments to STOP this dangerous policy?

This administration has already overseen the largest data breach in history, when a DOGE employee walked off with the entire Social Security NUMIDENT file, which includes personally identifying information for every American born in the last hundred years. Names, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, employment history―a hacker’s dream. The only reason we know this happened is because of a whistleblower at the Social Security Administration.

And just last week, we learned from a whistleblower that the Trump administration tried to mark 2.7 million living people as “dead” in Social Security―which would have had disastrous impacts on their jobs, mortgages, banking, and more―all to punish immigrants.

The Trump administration appears to think the problem with the stories above is that we, the people, found out. That’s why they’re so desperate to make federal workers sign NDAs.
