I appreciate all the work they do. In return, I’m going to keep pushing relentlessly for more healthcare options, increased election security, and better opportunities for urban and rural workers. Sadly, I don’t expect the Senate will even debate most of the important legislation waiting for us. Mitch McConnell is doing everything he can to stop us from working on the problems we were elected to solve. You would be surprised at how many issues have support on both sides of the aisle in the Senate that we never get to discuss. We need to have these discussions on the floor of the Senate. We can show America that democracy does work – and that starts in Alabama. Please pitch in whatever you can.
