-- even as he and the GOP GUTTED health care for millions!

THEN: Trump’s approval ratings fell into the GUTTER and he became obsessed
with keeping control of the House in the midterms.

AND NOW: Trump's hosting glitzy fundraisers to raise MILLIONS for the GOP
