We just made history!
Thanks to thousands of small-dollar donations, countless volunteer hours spent talking to voters, and the shared belief that Montanans deserve better – I am now the official Democratic nominee for MT-01, and we are one step closer to making sure Congress delivers for working people.
Now, the real work begins.
In these next five months, we're going to take our message to every corner of the district. Democrats have real work to do to win back working people's trust. I know this because as a union leader and smokejumper, I've worked alongside the folks we've been losing.
So we're going to do things differently. We're going to keep showing up everywhere, having the hard conversations, and building an undefeatable coalition come November.
But that's going to take a groundswell of support – especially since my Trump-endorsed opponent already has huge dark money backers lining up to fund his campaign. We have to be prepared for anything his team throws our way: attack ads, online misinformation, and more.
