It's hard to believe, but our next FEC filing deadline is only a few weeks away. At the end of the month, our campaign is required to publicly share our fundraising data.

While it's a win for transparency in our politics at a time when we need it most, it also gives the national GOP and our opponent a look behind the curtain.

I've already faced attacks from national Republican groups and even Trump himself this election cycle. How we perform will impact what they decide to throw at us next.

In short, we need a strong showing. We've spent these last months after our primary win building the voter outreach efforts we need to protect IL-13 and win the House majority for Democrats.

I'm not standing down from this fight. Not when so much is on the line for working families – from affordable healthcare to the rising price of gas and groceries.
