Big Tech’s data centers are taking advantage of our water, energy, and Arizona taxpayer dollars at an alarming rate. But with your support, we succeeded in making Big Tech and the billionaire class pay their fair share on data centers. 

For the next three years, tax breaks for new data centers are coming to an end. Instead of your tax dollars subsidizing data centers, Arizona legislators secured budget wins for Arizona’s working families. 

Some of these wins include $20M for healthcare (AHCCCS), protecting funds for affordable housing, $45M for childcare assistance,  and $2.2M towards repairs for vehicles to pass emissions tests!

Not only can we celebrate repealing tax breaks for Big Tech—we can celebrate protecting and funding essential safety net programs for Arizonans.
