Things on the ground are really picking up, and it's vital that we have enough people-power behind the scenes. Keeping a bulked up staff is one of the most effective ways to make sure our campaign stays organized and can operate smoothly.

We're urgently in need of a field organizer — someone who will manage and recruit volunteers, plan and promote virtual events, and help with direct voter outreach across the district.

But unfortunately at the moment, hiring a new field organizer is slightly out of our budget’s reach.

We've set up a Field Organizer Fund goal of $5,000 to raise by tomorrow so that we can use all of next week to review resumes and interview candidates. We're hoping to fill this critical position with some top talent to start right away in September.
