I’m writing to ask for $3 to help me stop Republicans from putting a 2020 election denier in Georgia's governor's mansion -- where he could refuse to certify any Democratic win in the state.

No, that’s not a typo.

Georgia’s Lieutenant Governor Burt Jones was one of the 16 fake electors who signed a false certificate claiming Donald Trump won Georgia in 2020. A certificate that was sent to Congress to try to block the certification of Joe Biden’s win.

Now he wants to be Governor of Georgia, where he would be responsible for certifying our state's 2028 presidential election results.

I’m Keisha Lance Bottoms, the Democrat running to stop him.

We've won our primary election. I am officially the Democratic nominee for Governor of Georgia, and I need your help.

I know $3 might not seem like a lot – and that’s because it’s not.

But combined with thousands of other grassroots donors chipping in, your $3 has an enormous impact.

$3 helps us travel across the state, invest in critical resources, and fight back against the millions that Rick Jackson and Burt Jones are spending to lie about my record.

And $3 helps us fight back against Donald Trump’s attempts to steal this state by suppressing the vote.

Please, will you chip in even just $3 to my campaign for Governor and Voter Protection Project — more if you can afford it! — to help me keep an election denier out of the Governor’s mansion? » [link removed]

Thank you,
Keisha
