Dear Judicial Watch Member,
873,092 DIRTY VOTER REGISTRATIONS. That’s how many names are on
CALIFORNIA’s voter rolls and have been inactive for at least three
consecutive federal elections.
This is an open invitation for fraud AND a violation of federal law.
That’s why JUDICIAL WATCH is suing the state of CALIFORNIA _(as they
STILL are counting ballots from LAST WEEK’s primary elections!)_ for
failing to maintain accurate voter rolls as required by federal law.
HELP CLEAN UP DIRTY VOTER ROLLS

The National Voter Registration Act (NVRA) requires most voter
registrations to be removed after two inactive general federal
elections.
But shockingly, over 150,000 California registrations have remained
inactive for FOUR federal elections and TENS OF THOUSANDS have been
inactive for FIVE OR MORE.
CALIFORNIA IS BLATANTLY DISREGARDING FEDERAL LAW, SO JUDICIAL WATCH IS
SUING TO FORCE THEM INTO COMPLIANCE.
Will you make a first-time contribution today

California voter roll lawsuit, along with our broader fight for fair
and honest elections?
FUEL OUR FIGHT FOR CLEAN ELECTIONS

Our lawsuit cites admissions by CALIFORNIA officials that the state
takes no effective action to require counties to comply with the NVRA.
AND THE COUNTY-LEVEL NUMBERS ARE OUTRAGEOUS.
* 20 California counties removed 50 or fewer inactive voters from
their rolls between November 2022 and November 2024 despite having
over 4 MILLION registered voters.
* 10 counties reported ZERO inactive removals under the NVRA during
the same period.
* 18 counties have more registered voters than adult citizens.
For context, over 2.1 MILLION residents moved out of California
between 2022 and 2024. Those numbers alone make it impossible that the
state has been making a reasonable effort to maintain accurate voter
rolls.
THAT’S WHY WE’RE SEEKING AN ORDER REQUIRING THE STATE TO IMPLEMENT
A LAWFUL VOTER-ROLE MAINTENANCE PROGRAM.
SUPPORT OUR NVRA LAWSUITS

Judicial Watch’s lawsuits and legal actions have already led to the
REMOVAL OF NEARLY SEVEN MILLION INELIGIBLE NAMES from voter rolls
nationwide.
No organization has done more to clean voter rolls around the country
than Judicial Watch, and I’m proud of the IMPACT our team has made
to promote FAITH AND CONFIDENCE in American elections.
We have the leading Election Law experts.
We have the experience.
And, we have an unmatched track record of getting results.
But there is still much work to be done as revealed by our latest NVRA
lawsuit in California, and I can’t stress enough the major resources
each lawsuit requires [[link removed]].
WE MUST KEEP THE FUNDING ROLLING IN.
That is why I am asking you to help keep the momentum going with a
special contribution [[link removed]] to
fund our California lawsuit and the rest of Judicial Watch’s
election integrity litigation.
DEFEND CLEAN ELECTIONS [[link removed]]
With your support [[link removed]], we will
keep fighting (and winning!) in court to clean up dirty voter rolls
across the nation and defend the rule of law.
Sincerely,
Tom Fitton
President, Judicial Watch
P.S. Judicial Watch just sued California to force the removal of
873,092 voter registrations inactive for at least three federal
elections – in violation of federal law.
DIRTY VOTER ROLLS CAN MEAN DIRTY ELECTIONS. (California is STILL
counting votes from the elections there 9 days ago! Who knows how many
dirty ballots they are still counting?)
