Let’s Build a Stronger, Smarter Workforce—Together
*For the first time, the WWA Workforce Summit is coming to Spokane.*
Known as the Lilac City, Spokane is home to one of the most dramatic downtown waterfalls in the Pacific Northwest — and we're looking forward to experiencing it together *November 3-5, 2026 at the Davenport Grand Hotel.*
People come back to the Workforce Summit year after year because of what they take home: stronger relationships with colleagues across the state, tools and approaches they can put to work for their teams and regions, and the clarity that comes from two days of honest conversation — in breakout sessions, in the hallways, and on evening walks around the city.
If you've been before, you know. If you haven't, November is a good time to find out.
*Registration is open. *We're also accepting breakout session proposals — details on both are below.
*This year, sessions will focus on:*
* Aligning Workforce, Education, and Economic Development
* Expanding Apprenticeship for the Modern Economy
* From Coordination to True System Integration
* Breaking Down Barriers to Access
* Driving Results Through Data and Business Engagement
Full program details are coming soon. View our conference website to learn more.
We'll also take time to celebrate the partners and leaders making a difference across Washington's workforce system. If you haven't seen the highlights from last year's award winners [ [link removed] ], they're worth a few minutes.
*Early Bird Deadline: September 14, 2026*
