Donald Trump said that my Republican opponent, Mike Lindell -- the MyPillow CEO who tried to help steal the 2020 election -- “deserves” to be the governor of Minnesota.

I say that Minnesotans deserve a governor who won’t be a rubber stamp to this administration.

Minnesotans are right to have high expectations of government. They have deadlines they meet every day. They plan and prioritize for their families. They see something that isn’t working, and they fix it.

Our government should do the same.

If Minnesota gives me the opportunity to serve as governor, I will transform our state government into one that is innovative, effective and accountable. And I will measure our success by the results we deliver to make people’s daily lives better.

That’s what I’ve done in the U.S. Senate, where I was ranked number one for bipartisan bills and number three out of one hundred for getting bills passed into law. I led the fight to take on Big Pharma and allow Medicare to negotiate lower prescription drug prices.

I have a proven record of taking on the White House and getting things done for our state. That’s what I’ll continue to do as governor.

But I need your support to accomplish everything we’re setting out to do.
