We discussed affordable healthcare and childcare, quality education, saving the environment, and so much more. Lifelong-educator Dr. Jill Biden spoke from her old classroom. Kamala Harris, the first Black and Asian American woman on a major party ticket, accepted a historic nomination for Vice President of the United States.

We united around these shared values of empathy, service, justice and equality as Joe Biden accepted the nomination for President of the United States. Our diversity is our strength; our unity is our power!
