I’ve never been a follower a day in my life, and I’m ready to take on the powers that be, like the private insurers and big pharma companies who are jacking up drug prices and putting healthcare out of reach for too many Texans.

I am done waiting on Louie Gohmert to take action. That’s why I am stepping up to release my prescription drug cost plan in the next couple of days -- to stop the pharmaceutical industry from kneecapping medical patients. And I hope you’ll stick around for it.

Louie’s been giving us the wire brush treatment for too long. He’s had over a decade to get something done -- but he’s been nothing more than a disappointment. Last year, he had a chance to lower prescription drug costs, but he voted against the Lower Drug Costs Now Act that would have invested millions of dollars into the Medicare program.

In short: We need to get Gohmert gone.
