My name is Tom Cotton. I grew up on my family's cattle farm in Dardanelle, Arkansas. My folks have farmed this land for seven generations. My dad worked for the state. My mom was a school teacher and later a principal.
I worked hard in school. I was on track to be a lawyer.
Then came September 11.
In the span of a day, our country was under attack.
I walked away from the law to enlist in the United States Army.
The brass told me I could be a JAG lawyer.
I said no. I wanted to lead men on the front lines. So I became an infantry officer.
I led a platoon in the streets of Baghdad. I served with the Old Guard at Arlington National Cemetery, laying our heroes to rest. Then I deployed again to Afghanistan.
I came home with a Bronze Star and a Combat Infantryman Badge. But more than that, I came home with a clear mission.
The fight for our country didn't end overseas. It came home with me.
I have fought to secure our border. I have fought for our troops and our veterans. I have fought to stand up to Communist China. I have fought for the unborn. I have fought to remove DEI from our schools. I have fought for low taxes, strong families, and the freedoms we hold dear.
Now I am running for re-election. And the Radical Left has me in their crosshairs. They want me silenced. They want my seat. They will spend millions of dollars in dark money to take it.
