We did it, friend,

Over 60 years ago today, the Equal Pay Act was signed into law to ensure that women receive equal pay for equal work.

But today is also a reminder that women — especially women of color — still face persistent pay gaps.

Today, I pledge to:

✓ Support equal pay for equal work.

✓ Stand against workplace discrimination and unfair pay practices.

✓ Advocate for policies that expand economic opportunity for women and working families.

✓ Speak up when I see inequality and support efforts to close the gender wage gap.

✓ Work toward a future where every worker is treated with dignity, fairness, and respect.
