Columbus, OH – On Tuesday, June 9th, ASA Executive Director Knox Williams testified in the House Public Safety Committee in support of SB 214, legislation that would remove firearm suppressors from the definition of “dangerous ordnance” in the Ohio Revised Code. This bill would ensure that law-abiding gun owners in the Buckeye State can continue to own suppressors should they be removed from the regulations under the National Firearms Act.
