John, I’m
going to lay out four important things for us today:
1. A new poll shows us beating Mike Rogers 46 to 41. This is the second
in a row showing us what we’ve always known: we will clean Mike
Rogers’ clock.
2. We now have the lead in both races. Polls consistently show us up in
the primary and up in the general election.
3. Some very powerful groups want to change that. In this primary alone,
you have AIPAC supporting one of my opponents to the tune of ~$30
million. My other opponent just got a super PAC to announce $7
million. For MAGA Mike, you can expect a whopping $45 million to be
spent in his favor.
4. We will only pull this off if we see a big jump in our fundraising
right now. We’ve all been in races like this one before. You’ve got a
lead, and then the AIPAC and corporate cavalry come in and spread lies
and misinformation.
John, the fact
that we are in first place in the primary and general election polls is a
reflection of the incredible grassroots team we’ve been building together
for more than a year. Our message, our clarity, our hustle, our grit, our
passion — all of them ooze out of every piece of this campaign every day.
But in the final weeks, I have to ask each one of us to dig even deeper.
We will need to face down a barrage of ads — many of which I expect to be
misleading negative attacks on my character and, more importantly, this
movement.
We will be heavily outspent, but we can’t let the ratio of spending get
out of control. So today, I'm asking for your support at whatever level
makes sense for you.

Not everyone can donate to political campaigns, and certainly not every
time we ask. I understand that. And I’m grateful to you for reading today
regardless.
But whether or not you can chip in or not, please consider what role you
can play in this final stretch as a grassroots donor, a volunteer, or an
online supporter.
Let’s leave it all on the field and enter the primary election feeling
proud that we did everything we could to win this race.
