With just days remaining before FISA Section 702 expires, the Deep State and its supporters in Congress and the media have gone dark.

You can bet their plan is to rush a long-term renewal through at the last possible minute, likely in the middle of the night.

You and I have backed U.S. House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) and Senate Majority Leader John Thune (R-SD) into a corner.

Neither has enough support to even put FISA renewal on the schedule yet, and they are quickly running out of time.

They desperately want to renew FISA Section 702 – with NO warrant requirement – for anywhere from 3 to 5 years.

Legislators have been told they may have to remain in D.C. through the weekend.

While Mike Johnson and John Thune are sweating it out, twisting arms, and cutting deals, the statists are desperately pulling every trick in the book to force a clean extension through.

So far, the pressure you and I have put on Congress has made a huge difference.

The petitions, the phone calls, the personal letters from Dr. Paul . . . they’re all putting pressure on Congress to refuse to renew Section 702 unless it includes a warrant requirement.

But the question is whether those representatives who tell us they support the Constitution, believe in your Fourth Amendment rights, and oppose government spying on you and me will be strong enough to stand up to the pressure from the Spy State.

Will they listen to constituents like you . . . or will they fall prey to a shiny object offered to them by leadership?

Campaign for Liberty staff is still working the phones, delivering your petitions, and demanding Congress uphold our rights.

Legislators from BOTH parties need to hear LOUD AND CLEAR you and I will settle for nothing less than the full restoration of our Fourth Amendment rights.

It’s pretty simple: NO WARRANT REQUIREMENT? NO RENEWAL!

This issue is absolutely CRITICAL to liberty, Patriot.

The Deep State has been caught red-handed abusing Section 702 to spy on American citizens over and over and over . . . MILLIONS of times in the past several years.

It is only supposed to be used against foreigners living OUTSIDE the United States.

But they’ve been caught using Section 702 to stalk ex-girlfriends, target reporters, spy on dissident campaigns, and to scrutinize grassroots advocates and organizations like ours. . .

In ALL of these cases and MORE, the victims were Americans, living in America, and they were innocent of ANY crime!

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!
