John, I know it’s late, but I can’t stop thinking about these AIPAC ads.
In case you missed it, AIPAC unleashed $2 million worth of ads to try and prop up their preferred candidate.
That’s on top of the $9+ million AIPAC-aligned groups have already thrown into Michigan.
I know. It’s a lot to wrap your head around. But can I be brutally honest with you, John?
I think we can still win.
AIPAC has done this before in primary races like this one. They've spent millions to target campaigns who wouldn’t play by their rules, and most of those races, one of these two scenarios plays out:
- When a campaign has the resources to tell its own story, AIPAC's ads don't stick the way they're supposed to.
- When a campaign runs dry and can't respond — that's when AIPAC’s ads seal their fate.
So the honest answer to whether we get through this isn't complicated. It comes down to whether we have enough grassroots power to run our own ads, reach voters, and control our own narrative before AIPAC controls it for us.
I wouldn't be writing to you if I didn't believe that what you do tonight matters to what happens in this race. John, if you can pitch in $10 or anything to fuel our campaign, it would make a huge impact. Can I count on your support?
