Also on Monday, the 100th anniversary of the ratification of the 19th Amendment, Kelly kicked off her Women For Kelly Coalition at Penley Art Gallery in Atlanta. Joined by dozens of female leaders from across the state - including First Lady Marty Kemp, who serves as the chairwoman of the Senator's Women for Kelly Coalition - Senator Loeffler rallied with supporters ahead of next week's statewide recess tour. On Tuesday evening, Kelly joined Laura Ingraham to denounce Stacey Abrams’ “fact-free” voter suppression hoax which she brought up once again during the second night of the DNC Convention. Since her loss to Brian Kemp in the 2018 gubernatorial election, Abrams has continually peddled this voter suppression conspiracy to distract from the Democrat Party's far-left socialist platform and to promote radical policies like universal mail-in voting. As Kelly said: “Everyone who wants to vote in this election who’s eligible to vote is going to get to vote. It’s really an excuse for why [Abrams] lost the election in 2018, and she’s creating a road map of excuses for Biden when President Trump gets re-elected in November. And he’s going to get re-elected because he knows how to create jobs that lift everyone up. He knows how to stand with our law enforcement, he strengthened our military, he helps Americans be safe and secure, and that’s going to be completely evident when [Republicans] get our chance to be on stage next week... She joined her Republican colleagues in the Senate to rip the "political games" surrounding the Democrats' newest sham – the Post Office. And yesterday, Kelly was honored to receive Citizen Impact's Pro-Life Champion Award at their annual conference. This morning, Kelly made even more headlines for becoming the first United States Senator to sign the Heritage Action Police Pledge – a signed commitment to oppose any bill, resolution or movement to defund the police. Senator Loeffler, who is also the only candidate in her race to sign the pledge – has consistently supported our men and women of law enforcement, sponsoring legislation to defund any city that attempts to defund its police department. Strong efforts like these are exactly why she was rated the most conservative senator by Heritage Action just last week.
