** Collaborating to increase attendance, support neurodiverse learners, and improve student well-being nationwide
------------------------------------------------------------

At the heart of our work with schools like yours is our commitment to helping schools cultivate environments where every student is supported in leading healthy, purposeful, balanced lives. Through our services ([link removed]) like school surveys, strategic partnerships, and community education, we witness the daily impact ([link removed]) that occurs when school communities work to improve well-being, engagement, and belonging for all students.

In this email, we’re excited to share some of the ways we have collaborated with likeminded nonprofit organizations and coalitions to advance that larger vision for schools: one where well-being, engagement, and belonging are not supplemental goals, but foundational to student success.

** Creating a Wellness Culture in Schools
------------------------------------------------------------

** with GENYOUth
------------------------------------------------------------

Schools have a powerful opportunity to reduce absenteeism and strengthen engagement by focusing on what students say helps them succeed. Research from GENYOUth ([link removed]) shows that when students feel respected and included, have opportunities to move, and are well-nourished during the school day, they are more likely to show up ready to learn. These aren’t extras—they’re essentials. Challenge Success is thrilled to be a partner in GENYOUth’s collaborative and shared commitment to making a culture of wellness a core part of every school day—so more students attend, engage, and thrive.

** Reducing Chronic Absenteeism

** with Attendance Works

Celebrating its 14th year, the Attendance Awareness Campaign ([link removed]) broadcasts the message that every day a student is in school is an opportunity to learn, build relationships, and access support. Led by Attendance Works, the campaign urges schools, localities, and states to promote the value of good attendance and to take concrete steps toward reducing chronic absence. It includes the designation of September (or the start of school) as Attendance Awareness Month and the launch of year-long attendance campaigns. We’re proud to be a partner in this campaign and would love for your school to become involved ([link removed]) in the 2026 Attendance Awareness Campaign!
