The agenda for the 2026 Wisconsin Substance Use Summit features two keynote presentations and 48 workshops focused on primary prevention, overdose prevention, intervention, treatment, and recovery supports.

This event is designed to give you the facts and skills that will make a difference for you, your work, and your community.

Special opportunities for in-person attendees include an opioid settlement funds listening session and wellness activities. 

All registered participants will have access to session recordings and materials for three months after the event at no additional charge. 

Registration for in-person attendance closes July 22. Registration for online attendance closes August 5. 

Special lodging rates for this event at seven Green Bay area hotels begin to expire July 1. 

Three preconference sessions

Join us at the Oneida Hotel in Green Bay for trainings focused on:


* The assessment and treatment of perinatal mood disorders (August 3-4).
* The ASAM Criteria (August 3-4).
* Alcohol and tobacco policy (August 4).

Registration for the preconference sessions closes July 22 or when all tickets have been sold, whichever comes first.
