Patriot,

Capitol Hill is in a state of chaos.

The Spy State’s “crown jewel” -- FISA Section 702 -- is set to expire at the end of this week.

And right now, the path to renewal is small.

Democrats are saying they won’t vote for renewal because President Trump put Bill Pulte in the role of Acting Director of National Security.

But who’s to say Trump won’t suddenly put someone else in the job so Section 702 can be renewed?

After all, he is known to change his mind pretty quickly.

Which means you and I must keep up the pressure on our senators and representatives to vote NO on any 702 reauthorization votes unless it includes a warrant requirement.

Party doesn’t matter.

The Constitution does matter.

And our Fourth Amendment rights are being violated when the government has the ability to spy on you and me without probable cause and a warrant.

The U.S. House doesn’t have Section 702 on their agenda . . . right now. Are they punting to the Senate?

This we do know: President Trump, Senate Majority Leader John Thune, and U.S. House Speaker Mike Johnson are working hard behind the scenes to avoid a lapse in Section 702.

Today, Dr. Paul and I are asking you for three things:

1. If you haven’t yet called your U.S. Representative, call them now at 202-225-3121 and tell them to vote NO on any bill or rule that gives the government power to spy on you without a warrant.

2. Call both your U.S. Senators at 202-224-3121 and tell them both to oppose 702 without the warrant requirement.

3. Chip in a generous donation ([link removed]) so your Campaign for Liberty can keep up the pressure. We are so close to dealing a major blow to the Spy State.

Can you help push back at the Spy State?

Make a few phone calls and make a donation to help Campaign for Liberty win this battle.

On behalf of Dr. Paul, we appreciate all you do.

For liberty,

John McCardell

P.S. The Spy State is reeling right now.

But they’re also working double time to renew FISA Section 702.

Which is why you and I need to double down.

More pressure . . . more calls . . .

Let’s keep it up.

Call your U.S. Representative at 202-225-3121 and tell them to vote NO on any attempt at Section 702 renewal without a warrant requirement.

Call both your U.S. Senators at 202-224-3121 and tell them both to oppose 702 without the warrant requirement.

Chip in a generous donation ([link removed]) so your Campaign for Liberty can keep up the pressure. We are so close to dealing a major blow to the Spy State.

Keep up the pressure for the sake of the Constitution and our rights.
