Last night concluded a historic Democratic National Convention. We came together as a party to nominate Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, adopted the most progressive platform in history, and transformed the Convention itself, which was LONG overdue.

Just think- two years ago Pete was virtually unknown. But last night, he delivered an incredibly powerful primetime speech on the final night of the Democratic National Convention. It goes without saying that none of this would have been possible without #TeamPete. Now, it’s important that we throw all of that support behind the Biden-Harris ticket.

Pete’s speech was a reminder that America’s story is still being shaped, and that our elected officials have the power to completely change our lives. It’s not enough to just put Joe Biden in the White House- we need to elect Democrats at every level.

The last four days made me very hopeful for the next four years. With Joe and Kamala in the White House, I know that we will be able to face whatever challenges or crises arise.

The time to stand united as a party--and a people--is now. We won’t be able to take on the divisive rhetoric and disastrous policies of Donald Trump and the Republican Party unless we summon all of our energies to elect the Biden-Harris ticket and Democrats at every level in November.
