We need a WAVE of public pressure to demand that Mitch McConnell take action to revive this critical voting rights legislation. So we’re gathering 50,000 signatures for a grassroots petition to RESTORE the Voting Rights Act:

The right to vote is an essential aspect of our Democracy. The Voting Rights Act of 1965 sought to end the disenfranchisement of minority voters.

But in 2013, the Supreme Court removed key aspects of the bill. That allows Republicans to PURGE millions of voters from the rolls.

Senate Democrats have been fighting since then to strengthen the law and expand voting rights. But they can’t do it alone.

So please join us in support of this critical legislation.

In the words of John Lewis, “...the vote is precious. It's almost sacred, so go out and vote like you never voted before."
