*Drugs and Crime, Human Trafficking, Policing, and Youth Justice Research*

Supports applied research at the intersection of drug crimes and firearms, including trafficking patterns, interdiction strategies, prosecution outcomes, and drug market dynamics.

NIJ FY25 Research and Evaluation on Human Trafficking [ [link removed] ]
Supports research and evaluation projects addressing trafficking investigations, prosecutions, victim services, trafficking at the Southern border, and technology used in trafficking-related crimes and investigations.

Supports research and evaluation of emerging technology implementation in law enforcement, including operational impacts, staffing, training, communications, public safety outcomes, and budget considerations.

NIJ FY25 Research and Evaluation of Artificial Intelligence for Criminal Justice Purposes [ [link removed] ]
Supports research evaluating the use of artificial intelligence across criminal justice settings, including policing, corrections, courts, and public safety applications.
