In case we haven’t met: I’m Harry Dunn, Democrat and former Capitol Police Officer running for Congress in Maryland’s 5th District.
On January 6th, I wasn’t watching the attack on the Capitol from a TV screen. I was there. I stood on the front lines as Donald Trump’s rioters stormed the building, threatened my fellow officers, and tried to overturn a free and fair election. I put my body between them and our democracy — because that’s what I swore an oath to do.
