Fight for $15

John,

I don't control when I work. Some days I'm behind the counter at McDonald's from 8 AM - 11 PM. But I can count on one thing: if I choose to vote from home, the US Postal Service will make sure my ballot gets delivered safely and on time.

Now, that's at risk right alongside my right to vote and good paying jobs for thousands of USPS workers. I won't let Trump gut the USPS at the expense of me and my community.

Join me and thousands around the country tomorrow at 11:00 am for Save the Post Office Saturday to demand politicians stop messing with essential services. >>

This is yet another attack on essential workers like me from the President and Republicans in Congress. They've failed to provide us PPE and other COVID relief. They've protected corporations. They're putting good, union jobs in jeopardy. And now, they're trying to cheat their way to winning the election.

Make no mistake, hurting the Postal Service hurts Black and Brown workers. Almost a quarter of USPS employees are Black. The Postal Service has always offered good paying, union jobs, making it a way for Black Americans to make it into the middle class.

I'm not surprised they want to keep us from voting and are willing to put jobs in danger to do it. And I'm ready to fight back -- with my voice and my vote.

We need to stand up for each other, one essential worker to another. Stand with us tomorrow to save the USPS. >>
