I’m writing to you because I am angry, heartbroken, and completely desperate.

The brutal summer heat is suffocating our partner shelters in Louisiana. They are buried under an avalanche of daily surrenders. Space has vanished. Resources are gone. For 55 completely innocent, terrified dogs, the walls are closing in right now.

This Tuesday, June 9th, our [Freedom Flight Rescue Mission]([link removed]) is scheduled to airlift these 55 beautiful souls away from high-risk shelters to safety in New Jersey. This flight represents their chance at a new beginning. If that plane stays grounded, these dogs will remain in an extremely vulnerable situation, with their futures hanging in the balance.
