Friend --
Joe Biden and Kamala Harris became our official Democratic Presidential ticket at the close of the National Convention last night. Throughout the week, we heard from incredible speakers about the importance of unifying to elect Joe, Kamala, and Democrats up and down the ticket.
Congressman Jim Clyburn, Jaime Harrison, and State Sen. Marlon Kimpson made the Palmetto State proud. On opening night, Clyburn called Biden “an adopted son of South Carolina.” We know Joe, and he knows us.
Democrats are united to win and build back a better South Carolina and America. With just 74 days until the election, all of us need to be all in -- for Joe and Kamala, Jaime Harrison, and Democrats up and down the ballot. Can you pitch in now to help sustain the momentum of this convention to victory in November?
Your support could not come at a more important moment. As Democrats unite to take back our state and country, Trump and his Republican Party are suppressing the vote instead of the virus. We need to do everything in our power to protect voting rights and mobilize to elect the leaders South Carolinians desperately need.
With your support, we can face these challenges head on and win the battle for the soul of our nation. But it’s going to take each of us doing our part to make these next 74 days count.
