“No right is safe in the new legal regime the court creates.” – Justice Sonia Sotomayor

Team, Justice Sonia Sotomayor gave a chilling warning about the Supreme Court’s attacks on the legal system. Let’s take a look at how we got here:

FIRST: Donald Trump signed a surprise executive order that cracked down on mail-in voting nationwide – an attack that would fundamentally alter U.S. elections.

THEN: In a 6-3 decision, the Court kneecapped the Voting Rights Act – the landmark civil rights law that for sixty years protected Americans from racial discrimination and racist gerrymandering in our elections.

NOW: Justice Sotomayor is SOUNDING THE ALARM over her colleagues’ decisions that threaten the rule of law. It’s no wonder why just 22% of Americans say they still have confidence in Donald Trump’s conservative-majority SCOTUS – a historic low. And only 14% believe the justices are keeping politics out of their decisions.

Team, now we want to hear from you. As the Court gets ready to hand down even more landmark decisions, tell us before midnight:
