John – Trump’s latest visit to our district is officially behind us, but the work is only beginning.
Trump didn’t just bring his fear-mongering and mistruths with him. He brought free media attention and exposure to our opponent, huge fundraising boosts for Republican candidates, and a massive wave of momentum meant to stomp out our movement.
Even worse, Trump personally promoted our opponent Jim Bognet during his rally, saying, “I’ve heard good things, Jim [...] You’re going to win!”
So now we have to chip away at all of this by boosting our ad buys and fundraising to match the influx of high-dollar GOP checks to ensure Matt’s message doesn’t get drowned out amid all this noise.
I’m asking you to help replenish our Rapid Response Fund with a donation of $8 or whatever you can afford. We can’t let Trump’s visit be the reason our momentum dips with less than three months to Election Day!
