This week, she conspicuously referenced a debunked conspiracy theory that alleges the actor and humanitarian Tom Hanks is a “cannibal and a pedophile” in one of her tweets.

She mentioned Hanks’ Greek citizenship as a nod to the outrageous lies that she and her supporters spread across dark corners of the internet.

Boebert cozying up to what Republican Liz Cheney called, “dangerous lunacy,” should disqualify her from serving in Congress. Unfortunately, it’s up to us to stop that from happening.
