Because while the weather is heating up, so are the challenges facing
working families in Maryland and across the country.
We’re seeing costs continue to climb for working Maryland families, from
health care to housing to everyday essentials. We’re seeing the ongoing
fallout from RFK Jr’s disastrous tenure as the head of the Department of
Health and Human Services. And we’re still fighting every day to hold
powerful interests accountable and protect basic freedoms that people rely
on.
This is the work I was sent to the Senate to do. To be at every table
where consequential decisions are being made and ensure Maryland families
have someone fighting for them.
