John–

The USPS is in peril. Our ability to vote this fall depends on saving it.

That's why we're partnering with Save The Post Office and organizations across the country concerned about voter protections to demand action on Saturday, August 22. Learn more about Save The Post Office events in your community.

Save The Post Office

Here are three things you can do right now to save the post office and make sure your vote is counted this fall:

  • Go to an event: On Saturday, August 22, Save The Post Office is organizing events across the country to demand action. Thousands of people have already RSVP'd!
  • Confirm your voter registration: Now's the time to confirm your voter registration. Make sure that you'll be able to vote this fall.
  • Tell your friends: Friends don't let friends sit out an election. Make sure the people in your community have confirmed their voter registration and are ready to vote, too.

John, we're usually reaching out to you about supporting gun sense policies. But right now, the crisis in the USPS demands our attention. Without securing the integrity of our elections and the vote-by-mail system, our basic ability to cast votes for Gun Sense Candidates up and down the ballot is at risk.

By taking action, we'll show that President Trump and his allies cannot undermine the postal system unchecked. The postal service connects us, we rely on it for medications, paychecks, and more, and we will literally be counting on it to deliver democracy in the elections this fall.

We're in this fight to make sure voting in the United States is fair and unhampered, even as President Trump and his allies attempt to make it difficult to vote.

John, it's time to save the post office.

Are you with us?
